Between us we have well over half a century of experience, nine languages, professional in-country experience in eleven countries and we all truly care about the global RE transition - we are all optimists who work until results are achieved.

Commercial Director
Simon has held senior management roles in the London finance sector and with investment funds for over 15 years, specialising in operations and compliance. 

After escaping the city rat race, Simon has supported business start-ups and cultivated passions for craft brewing (which he made a business out of) and mountain biking.

Managing Director
Phillip has over 20 years experience working at the intersection of business and international development. He is passionate about climate change and poverty-alleviation and a strong believer in the power of energy as a vector for development

Phillip is at his happiest out in wild forests and spaces especially if there is a windy beach nearby.

TechNIcal director
​Annabel has a proven ability to design, create and develop innovative and diverse systems - from due diligence verification and energy system designs, to customer support systems and load assessments. 

Annabel's most used vocabulary is 'interesting' because that's what she thinks everything is - from snail shells to macro economics.

Burundi Lead
Jean Marie has been a lecturer, an executive director a two-time CEO and founder, and a facilitator of peace. With his many talents, he is leading the Burundi set-up.

Jean Marie is motivated by his compassion and love for his country - he wants to see Burundi thrive.

Charlie has over 15 years experience working on large scale development projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, and is comfortable at any stage of the project life cycle.

Charlie is currently studying for his masters degree at SOAS in Climate Change and Development.
